Mamuju, Sulbarkita.com -- Towards polling day, the General Election Commission (KPU) of West Sulawesi Province held a discussion entitled "Coffee Morning" simultaneously throughout the Regency KPU in West Sulawesi, on Monday, April 1, 2019.
According to the Chairman of KPU Sulbar, Rustang, the event which presents press people and students in Mamuju aims to convey the readiness of the election organizers in the face of voting day. "This activity aims to convey the extent of our readiness in facing the 2019 Election.
This includes the distribution of ballots and readiness of Human Resources (HR)," he told the media crew. Rustang added, the distribution of ballots for the West Sulawesi region did not experience any obstacles. He stated, his party prioritized the distribution of ballots for districts that had more difficult levels of reach.
"Why were ballots in the Polman District first distributed? because of its difficult reach (TPS). Likewise in Pasangkayu Regency," he said.
Meanwhile, Head of Operations, West Sulawesi Regional Police (Polda), Subchan who was present at the event hoped that this year's election could run as it should, according to applicable regulations. "Hopefully this election will run peacefully and successfully," he told the media crew after the activity.
Also present at the event were the Head of West Sulawesi National and Political Unity (Kesbangpol), Rahmad Sanusi, as the speaker, and all the ranks of the West Sulawesi KPU commissioners.
