Polewali Mandar, Sulbarkita.com -- Norma, DN's biological mother, a person called the Female Labor agent (TKW) finally spoke up about the curation of Novita Abraham, 25, a Ambonese TKW who ran away from her home on Jalan Anoa, Madatte Village, Polewali Mandar.
Norma stated that most of Novita's statements were untrue. "In fact, my son (DN) said that Novita did not want to go home to Ambon and wanted to find work here, so I accepted to stay at my house," Norma told Sulbarkita.com in a stall in front of the Polman Regent's Office, Monday 4 November 2019.
Novita Abraham previously vented to a number of media crew related to his fate. He admitted that he had just run away from the home of DN's parents, the TKI agent who sent him to Malaysia, in 2016. Novita claimed that she had been there for 5 months to accompany DN's parents.
Previously, the widow of one child lived in DN's house in Makassar, South Sulawesi for two years. He claimed that he could not return to his hometown in Ambon, because he was unable to pay Rp26 million to DN. "He said it was my transportation compensation," he said last Sunday.
Norma said that Novita had only been staying at her house for about a week, not five months as stated by Novita. "In my son's house in Makassar, it didn't even take two years," he said.
Norma also denied that the Rp. 26 million money, called Novita, had to be redeemed first if she wanted to return to Ambon. Norma said DN was not a TKI agent but helped people who wanted to work abroad. "Then, I will personally submit it to the TKI distributor agent for further action," he said.
