Mamuju, Sulbarkita.com -- The Mamuju Regency Government received two awards on Friday, October 4, 2019. The first was an award from the Ministry of Finance (Ministry of Finance) in preparing and presenting the 2018 financial statements with Unqualified Fair opinion (WTP). Second, the award from the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) as a malaria elimination area.
The award from the Ministry of Finance was handed by the Governor of West Sulawesi, Ali Baal Masdar to the Mamuju Regent, Habsi Wahid, at the Mamuju State Finance building, Jalan Soekarno Hatta, Karema Village, Mamuju District.
Mamuju Regent, Habsi Wahid appreciated and thanked the hard work of all elements of the government who had worked hard to improve regional achievements. "I hope that this positive trend can be continued in order to create a bureaucracy that is truly clean and serving," he said.
While the award from the Ministry of Health was received by the Regional Secretary (Sekda) Mamuju, Suaib who was handed over directly by the Minister of Health, Prof. Dr. dr. Nila Djuwita F. Moeloek, Sp.M, during the month of elephant foot elimination activity that took place in Malacca District, East Nusa Tenggara Province.
The award from the Minister of Health, said Suaib, was only received by six regions in Indonesia. "This brings a breath of fresh air to the capital city of West Sulawesi because Mamuju has received legitimacy from the government's good performance in overcoming the threat of malaria," he said.
Suaib was also grateful for the award because it indicated better government performance in the health sector. "Hopefully this will also increase our community health status," he said.
