The award was presented by the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Menpan RB), Tjahjo Kumolo that took place at the Tentrem Hotel in Yogyakarta, Monday, February 24, 2020.

Menpan RB, Tjahjo Kumolo appealed to local governments to manage the budget effectively and efficiently, according to the principle of results-oriented performance accountability.
"To encourage results-oriented performance accountability, the Ministry of RB annually evaluates the implementation of SAKIP in all ministries, institutions and local governments," said Tjahjo Kumolo.
