Rizal is a former Secretary of Majene and chairman DPD Majene Perindo Party. Men born March 3, 1958 Majene paired with Bintaha Mulyadi, head of the Training and Exercise Pemrov Sulbar previously Head of Education Department of West Sulawesi province. They supported PAN and PKB.
