Pol Brigadier General Eko Budi Sampurno was previously a staff of the National Planning and Budgeting (Srena) of the Indonesian National Police. While the former West Sulawesi Regional Police Chief Brigadier General Baharuddin Djafar was transferred to the Maluku Regional Police Chief.

They are West Kalimantan Regional Police Chief Inspector General Remigius Sigit Tri Hardjanto, North Sulawesi Regional Police Chief Inspector General Royke Lumowa, Maluku Regional Police Chief Brigadier General Baharuddin Djafar and Jambi Regional Police Chief Inspector General Firman Shantyabudi.
West Sulawesi Regional Police Chief Brigadier General Eko Budi Sampurno, Aceh Regional Police Chief Brigadier Wahyu Didada, Gorontalo Regional Police Chief Brijen Adas and North Maluku Regional Police Chief Brigadier General Rikwanto. The Chief of Police also appointed the Head of the International Relations Division of the National Police, Brig. Gen. Napoleon Bonaparte who was previously the Secretary of the National Central Bereau (NBC) -Interpol Indonesia.
