Polman, Sulbarkita.com -- Polman Regency Government formed a task force handling team Covid-19. This step is a derivative of Presidential Decree (Keppres) No. 7 of 2020 which requires each region to follow up on tasks at the national level.
According to the Head of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Polman, Andi Affandi Rahman, the initial step taken after the formation of this task force is to check body temperature for migrants who enter the Polman. "The inspection was carried out on the border of West Sulawesi and South Sulawesi, in the village of Paku, District Binuang. Every person who wants to enter is checked by their medical team's temperature by the task force so that no one is exposed to the Corona virus," he said, when met on Thursday, March 19, 2020.
The task force consists of several joint agencies, including the Health Office, Regional Police, Kodim, BPBD and PP Polman Satpol. They will carry out these checks every day until Friday, March 22, 2020. "If found migrants whose body temperature above 38 degrees will be referred to the nearest health service or referred to Polman Regional Hospital," said Andi Affandi.

The medical team coordinator of the immigrant's body temperature check, Nurhayati explained the results of the examination while the body temperature of 30 motorists who entered Polman was still within normal limits. Their average body temperature is 34 and 36 degrees. "If it is found above the 38 limit, we coordinate with the nearest Puskesmas doctor for further action," he said.
